With reference to the glass industry we want to underline that in this field the company has realised several batch plants also with the Turn key delivery, working with the most qualificated Italian and foreigner glass producers. Our company supply composition plants for:

• float glass
• glass tube
• insulators
• technical glass
• fiber glass
• houled glass

For each one of this sectors Studimpianti Sei has realised the following systems:

• automatic loading of raw materials in the storage silos
• materials extraction from the silos and materials weighing batch mixing and conveying to the furnace hopper
• recycling, crushing, deferrization, storage and returning again of the cullet, inside the production
• recycling, crushing, deferrization storage, weighing and returning again of the cullet by out-side market, inside the production

All the above mentioned system are controlled by operator in control room by control panel boards equipped of personal computer, PLC, dosing units, able to be connected to the main supervision system of the plant and suitable to store all the important production data as: consumption of materials, cycle executed, tolerances of weighed components, possible breakdown, etc.

Studimpianti Sei collaborates with main contractors that realise complete glass production shops all over the world, supplying all the system and equipment relevant to the batch plant, before the glass furnace, and the recovery of cullet.
