Our Company, is also particularly specialised in the recovery and the disposal of wastes deriving from the vehicle accumulators and in the plant of pre-treatment and valorization of refuse, in collaboration with an our consociate.
In particular the elimination battery plant for motor-vehicle, concerning:

  • the receiving and the storage of the accumulators, the crushing, the deferrization, the screening, the choice and the recovery of the various components such as: lead, PVC, bakelite, acids.

As far as lead is concerned, it is completely recovered by various mechanical screenings and different density solutions selections.
After this process the lead is re-smelted into the smelting furnaces by the addition of new materials such as: iron powder, sand, limestone and pastel.
Referring to the battery shell made in PVC (after the separation from the body battery) is completely recovered by: crushing, washing, various mechanical screenings and different density solution selections. After, it is sold to the user. Bakelite, following the same process as PVC, is separated and sent away as an inert waste.
All the water used during the separation process is recovered, cleaned and recycling again in the process.
The lead scraps are completely recovered, crushing, screening and recycling toward other industrial utilizations such as: tiles, ballasts and soon.
Plant fro the pre-treatment and valorisation of urban refuse consisting of:
A)

  • Reception of dry fraction of transport plastic bag with consequent transport and bags handling by automatic bagbrakers
  • Conveying materials, obtain from the bagbrakers to the rolling screen, to permit the separation of the small size fraction material the ìbig sizeî fraction material.
  • Deferrization, afterwards manual selection, and induction selection.
  • Conveying and charging to the package press
  • Bulky refuse reception, furnitures, tyres, etc. conveying, trituration and pressing through oleodinamic press.
  • Selected refuse materials collecting with the conveying to the oleodinamic press.
  • Shunting material system in storage boxes by reversible and translator belt conveyors.

B)

  • Black bags refuse collecting and following conveying to the bagbrakers system.
  • Deferrization and conveying of the material obtain from the bagbrakers to the rolling screen to permit the separation of the dusty medium size materials from the dusty big size materials
  • Big size material conveying to the oleodinamic press.
