LOAD FURNACE

 

As regards to the principal smelting furnace, our equipment provide the automatic load of raw materials in various storage silos by belt conveyors and bucket elevators.
The extraction, the weighing by load cells and the conveyance of the same to various part of utilization, such as: direct load into the furnace (5th hole), storage of the weighed materials into the waiting hoppers for the furnace load (5th hole), direct load in ladle, storage of weighed materials into the waiting hoppers for ladle loading, additivations of graphite and aluminium drops directly in ladle.
What mentioned above is completely automatic and no operator is required.
The whole plant can be controlled directly by the operator placed in the engineerís cab of furnace through: industrial key-board, monitor with video pages, microprocessors, PLC with the possibility to dialogue with a general supervisor, that can replace the operator in the furnace cab.

LOAD FURNACE LADLE

 

As regards FURNACE LADLE, our equipment provide the automatic load of raw materials in the storage silos trough conveyor belts and bucket elevators.
The extractions, the weighing by load cells and the conveyance of the same directly into the furnace ladle.
The plant is completely automatic and no operator is required.
The whole plant can be controlled directly by operator placed in the engineerís cab of furnace through: industrial key-board, monitor with video pages, microprocessor, PLC or through central supervisor after the reading of the steel chemical analysis.
